Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee post-arrival cargo coordination, trucking dispatch scheduling, appointment management, as well as invoice issuance and reconciliation. This role requires close communication with the internal operations team, trucking suppliers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations and accurate billing processes. Container Pickup and Delivery Coordination

Coordinate container pickup arrangements following cargo arrival, ensuring timely customs clearance and retrieval. Plan and schedule trucking deliveries based on arrival schedules and customer requirements to ensure on‑time service. Liaise with trucking suppliers to create dispatch schedules, monitor transportation progress, and handle any service disruptions.
