Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transport providers. Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy. Develop logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining service quality. Monitor shipping schedules, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs. Handle customs clearance and import/export documentation where required. Negotiate contracts and rates with freight forwarders and transport vendors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local logistics laws. Lead and supervise logistics staff, drivers, warehouse personnel, and coordinators. Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, and customer complaints efficiently. Prepare logistics reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Requirements
