Position Overview
Job Purpose
To supervise the day-to-day operations of the Whiskey Creek Lodges and support the delivery of a high-quality guest experience. The role coordinates hospitality and housekeeping activities, monitors service standards, and assists the Lodge Manager in ensuring smooth lodge operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety: Apply Safety & Health principles consistently, ensuring zero harm.
- Lodge Operations Management:
- Supervise daily lodge operations including housekeeping, laundry, frontβofβhouse, and guest service activities.
- Allocate and monitor daily work assignments for hospitality and laundry staff.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation and service standards.
