Job PurposeThe Lodge Manager oversees the daily operations of the lodge to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and smooth coordination across departments. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and upholding the lodge’s brand and values. The Lodge Manager plays a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team performance, while balancing financial targets and resource management.
