We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Lodge Manager to run a private, non‑commercial lodge in a remote bush setting. You will oversee full lodge operations, guest satisfaction, team leadership, kitchen management, and property maintenance. Couples applications are welcome.
Requirements
4–5 years’ management experience in a 4–5 star lodge environment
Functional experience across all lodge departments
Hospitality Degree/Diploma (preferred)
Grade 12 (Matric)
Computer literate
Valid Driver’s License with PDP
Strong references and stable work history
Qualified chef or strong cooking ability (essential)
Exceptional guest relations, leadership, and organisational skills
