A specialist claimant law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established Travel Law Team on a locum basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible working alongside a high quality caseload of complex and interesting travel litigation matters.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of claimant travel law matters, including:

• Holiday illness and food poisoning claims
• Accidents abroad, including hotel and transport-related incidents
• Serious injury and fatal accident claims
• Medical repatriation matters
• Flight delay and cancellation compensation claims under UK and EU regulations
