Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, sutures, and consumables before and during surgery.
- Assist surgeons directly by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies in a timely and safe manner.
- Anticipate surgical team needs throughout procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and items are accounted for pre- and post-operation.
- Work collaboratively with the anaesthesia and circulating teams.
- Uphold infection control, sterilisation, and safety standards.
Requirements: - Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) (or equivalent registration if overseas).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Operating Theatre / Scrub Nursing.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
