Position Overview
Responsibilities - Utilize clinical judgement, critical thinking and evidence based care (research based) in the delivery of resident care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care
- Coordinate continuity of care throughout hospitalization and transition to home/community
Requirements - Valid SNB + BCLS
- AM / PM- open to 2 shifts
- Min 4-5 working days per week, commit for 42.5 hours a week
- 1-2 years of ward/nursing home experience
Shift schedule - AM - 7.30 - 5.30PM
- PM - 12.00 - 9.00PM
