This appointment will be 8 PA's with 1.5 PA's of core CPD and a further 0.5 PA's of portfolio (SPA). Six PAS of Direct Clinical Care (DCC) will be used flexibly working in the ED in Coventry. The consultant will provide shop‑floor presence 17 hours each day and be resident on‑call cover for the remaining PA balance. Work is divided into 4 h PA in hours and 3 h PA out of hours. Night shifts are resident on‑call with the consultant present on the shop floor until 01:00 and then in the on‑call room. Night shifts are valued at a premium tariff with a shift minimum of 4 PA's.
£113,565 to £150,569 per annum, pro rata.
Fixed term, 6 months, part‑time.
