The role:
AIRE is looking for a Housekeeper to join our site in London, awarded as Londons Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible in both providing excellent customer service to our guests in the lockers and executing different defined tasks related to housekeeping activities.
Key responsibilities:
Guarantee the comfort of our clients in the locker room area, providing them with an outstanding customer service by demonstrating a friendly and courteous attitude. Assist guests with the lockers and addressing any queries. Cleaning the locker room and ensuring that it is always tidy, organised, and ready to welcome guests. Washing and folding laundry and ensuring that you always have enough stock ready to survive one day if the machine breaks down.
