Accountabilities:

• On-site technical support and implementation (maintenance, troubleshooting etc.)
• On-site trainings for Engineers
• Remote customer support
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during field service projects. Cooperate to meet customer demands.
• Maintain detail records of field activity including technical report and maintenance logs and compliance documentation. Provide regular updates on service progress and issue. 
• Compliance company policy (QHES etc.) and superior guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Advise and consult on-site commissioning tasks and troubleshooting activities
Advise, instruct, and train, if needed, marine engineers (own or partners) for given tasks.
Identify and resolve the issues using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
