Primary Objective: Provide the leadership and management necessary for the growth and efficient operations of the location to benefit IAS, its members, customers, and employees.

+ Recruit, hire, and train all full-time, seasonal, and contractual location personnel.

+ Manage location growth, daily operations, and efficient distribution of location products.

+ Provide a level of customer service that promotes growth in annual grain purchases and supply sales.

+ Grow location market share in grain bushels purchased annually by determining the best use of marketing strategies available for location customers and coordinating with grain department personnel to promote those strategies.

+ Effective communications with supply sales marketing teams to accomplish location volume goals.
