Responsibilities
- Maintaining and Developing relationships with potential & existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
- Responds to prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, providing appropriate follow up as needed.
