Job Details:

+ $0.67 cpm
+ Detention pay: $20 per hour - paid in 15-minute increments
+ Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
+ Hazmat pay per load: $25
+ Holiday pay per day: $140 per day
+ Safety training pay per hour: $20
+ New hire training pay: $250 per day
