Job Details:

+ Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of **$81,900**
+ $0.65 - $0.70 per mile
+ Daily rate: $20 per day. Must work all 5 days to receive
+ Drop/hook pay: $8 per stop
+ Detention pay: 16 per hour paid in 15 minute increments
+ Hazmat pay: $40 per load
+ Congestion pay: $35
+ Trainee pay: $200 per day
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ Holiday pay: $140 per day
