Critical Responsibilities
Cultivate nurture monitor plan schedule global standards procedures locally. This is the foundation of the Local Training Standards Lead role ensuring consistent application of global training standards across all operations.
Assure instructor pilot performance utilizing established observation tools such as IPPM and/or DOI. Schedule plan analyze results and make recommendations from local observations to the global Team for continuous improvement.
