Job Description
In this role, the Project Manager will sit within the business PMO and partner closely with cross functional stakeholders including product, content, and technical teams to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives. Day to day, this person will manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations; support financial tracking and forecasting; and prepare materials for Steering Committee and executive level updates. They will work with workstream leads to ensure progress, risks, and outcomes are clearly communicated, refine content and messaging for executive presentations, and support Go To Market initiatives tied to content, tooling, and platform expansion. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to operate effectively across both business and technical teams.
