Job Responsibilities

• Addressing customer complaints, including escalating issues when necessary
• Following a standard procedure for stocking shelves, ensuring products are properly displayed and rotated
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment and organizing merchandise displays
• Implementing a standard greeting protocol
• Providing assistance by knowing product locations, features, and benefits
• Establishing clear communication protocols for interacting with customers, colleagues, and management
• Checking quality, rotating stock, removing expired stock, and preventing wastage/shrinkage/damages
• Checking temperatures and maintaining the cold chain (if applicable)
• Maintaining hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards (floor and back-up)
