Job Responsibilities
- Addressing customer complaints, including escalating issues when necessary
- Following a standard procedure for stocking shelves, ensuring products are properly displayed and rotated
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment and organizing merchandise displays
- Implementing a standard greeting protocol
- Providing assistance by knowing product locations, features, and benefits
- Establishing clear communication protocols for interacting with customers, colleagues, and management
- Checking quality, rotating stock, removing expired stock, and preventing wastage/shrinkage/damages
- Checking temperatures and maintaining the cold chain (if applicable)
- Maintaining hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards (floor and back-up)
