3. 学习并遵守酒店服务标准、食品安全规范及消防安全要求，确保服务过程安全合规。

1. 年满18周岁，具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识；
2. 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末及节假日；
3. 服从岗位统一培训安排，具备基本学习能力与团队协作精神。
