Has a complete knowledge of the Hotel, itβs services, facilities and geographical layout
Is knowledgeable on all VIP Arrival, In-House and Departure Guests
Remains up to date with Hotel Functions and Events
Engages with all guests, in-house and visitors
Always maintains lobby presence, ensuring all guests are greeted and assisted when applicable and ensuring limited congestion in the lobby
Being proactive in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
Handles any duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Manager
Attends F.O. Briefings and Trainings required by Management and Learning & Development
