Mid level (Min 4 years PQE) role within Asia ex Japan Legal providing legal support to the Securitized Products and Private Credit (SPPC) team within the Global Markets Division, and the Acquisition & Leveraged Finance (ALF) and Equity Solutions (margin financing) (EQS) teams within the Investment Banking Division and Client Financing & Solutions business, in each case of Nomura Asia, with the focus of the work being on loan transactions. In performing such role, the candidate will work as part of a team of lawyers supporting the SPPC, ALF and EQS teams and also work closely with (i) members of the SPPC/ALF/EQS teams in various jurisdictions across Asia, (ii) other members of the Asia Legal team, including product specialist lawyers and subject matter specialist lawyers, (iii) Compliance team members, the New Business Group, internal ...
