Job Description

The Loans Assistant is responsible for processing loan-related transactions, including payments, fees, charges, and loan releases. The role also ensures accurate balancing of end-of-day transactions, preparation of teller reports, and supports the unit in delivering efficient and compliant loan servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments of fees, charges, loan releases, and loan payments.
• Balance and reconcile end-of-day transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Print and maintain teller totals and journals for reporting and audit purposes.
• Provide support in documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisors or officers-in-charge.
