QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One to three years residential loan operation experience preferred.
* Ability to work accurately with figures.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be organized and detail oriented.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems.
* Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) a plus.
