Responsibilities:

The Loan Operations Officer is responsible for processing and recording loan payments from partners. This will involve ensuring accurate and timely payment handling while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

The position will report directly to the Head of Credit and Loan Operations.

Netbank’s differentiation is its ability to implement a partnership-based business model, in a simple and client friendly manner. This requires Netbank to continuously ‘re-think’ the standard product designs and align internal processes. The holder of this position will succeed based on his / her ability to:

• Payment processing
• Receive, review and process loan payments from partners both manual and electronic payments.
• Verify payment amounts, account numbers and other relevant information for accuracy.
• Payment Posting
• Accurately post loan payments to the borrower's account. <...
