Position Overview
- Evaluate and process loan applications, assessing clients' financial status.
- Advise clients on appropriate loan products and terms.
- Guide clients through the loan application and approval process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Monitor loan repayment and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Proven experience as a loan officer or in a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit assessments, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred).
