Monthly Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,000 + Commission
About the Company Singdasing Gold Trading Pte. Ltd. is a customer-focused financial services company providing secured loan solutions. We are expanding our Finance / Credit team and are looking for a Loan Officer who is service-oriented and detail-driven.
Key Responsibilities - Assess and process loan applications, including eligibility checks, income verification, and basic credit evaluation
- Explain loan products, repayment structures, and procedures clearly to customers
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and email
- Recommend suitable loan or repayment solutions based on customer needs
- Ensure proper documentation, accurate data entry, and timely submission
- Follow up on outstanding documents, loan status, and repayment matters
