Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Attend to customer loan enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
- Explain loan packages, repayment schedules, and company policies clearly to customers.
- Perform customer verification and assess loan eligibility based on company and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and process loan documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Moneylenders Act and company procedures.
- Follow up on repayment schedules and assist customers with payment arrangements when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
- Conduct administrative duties and support daily office operations.
- Handle customer information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Work closely with management to achieve operational and collection targets.
Job Requirements - Minimum GCE āNā / āOā Level or equivalent qualification.
