We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Funding Specialist to join our lending operations team. The Loan Funding Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely disbursement of loan funds reviewing final loan packages ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth funding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review final approved loan packages for completeness accuracy and compliance before funding.
• Verify that all closing conditions and documentation requirements have been satisfied.
