Role Overview
We’re hiring a Mortgage Loan Funding Closer to help finalize home loan transactions accurately and on time. In this role, you’ll review closing documents, clear final conditions, and approve the release of funds. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build mortgage or financial services experience in a structured, process-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Review signed loan closing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Cross-check details to ensure everything matches loan terms and requirements
• Confirm loans meet company and investor policies before funding
• Clear any final “prior to funding” conditions
• Authorize the disbursement of loan funds
• Use systems like Encompass, Excel, and Word to track and manage files
• Stay alert to required consumer disclosures and compliance standards
