Position Overview
The LC Relations Officer provides direct support and relationship management to assigned Loan Consultants. The role focuses on daily coordination, monitoring of account submissions, and ensuring LC productivity and engagement in line with sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact point for assigned Trade Relations Associates.
- Provide guidance and assistance in loan processing, documentation, and system usage.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure LC satisfaction and retention.
Operational Support and Monitoring
- Ensure all LC activities comply with company policies and loan standards.
- Maintain updated records and reports for performance tracking.
Communication and Coordination
