Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Loan Consultants.
• Provide hands‑on guidance in loan processing, documentation requirements, and system navigation.
• Build strong, professional relationships to support consultant satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Operational Support & Monitoring

• Ensure all activities and submissions from Loan Consultants comply with company policies and loan guidelines.
