The Loan Consultants Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and managing relationships with assigned Loan Consultants. This position ensures smooth daily operations, timely account submissions, and consistent consultant productivity aligned with sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Loan Consultants.
- Provide handsβon guidance in loan processing, documentation requirements, and system navigation.
- Build strong, professional relationships to support consultant satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Operational Support & Monitoring
- Ensure all activities and submissions from Loan Consultants comply with company policies and loan guidelines.
- Maintain organized and updated performance records, reports, and activity logs.
