We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Closer - Support to join our team in the Denver Metro area. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless processing and closing of loans within a credit union setting. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan closing process.

• Prepare and finalize loan closing packages, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.

• Utilize Encompass and other loan origination systems to manage and track loan progress.
