Responsibilities and duties
-Drive new client acquisition in Singapore's SME financing market, focusing on unsecured working capital loans for businesses and personal loans for individuals - Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of borrowers through proactive outreach, networking, and referral partnerships - Conduct initial client meetings, assess business needs, and evaluate loan suitability in line with company approval criteria - Achieve monthly disbursement targets (SGD 200,000 for personal loans / SGD 350,000 for business loans) - Coordinate with senior team members for deal structuring, credit assessment, and complex case guidance - Maintain ongoing borrower relationships for portfolio management, repeat business, and referrals - Stay informed on SME market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates affecting Singapore's alternative lending landscape
