DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuretimelyprocessing and release ofloansin compliance with established turnaround times.
• Secure the completeness and authenticity of the requirements needed prior torelease.
• Discuss and confirms the approved loan amount, terms, interest rates, loancharges,and other loan details with the clients.
• Encodes and tags the releases into the system.
• Prepares loan documents andensuresthat the information is accurately reflected.
• Guidesthe clients with documents forsigningthatincludeloan contracts and disclosures.
• Regularly updates the database to ensureaccuratemonitoring of loan status and progress.
• In charge of releasing the loan proceeds to clients for check disbursement.
• Monitors the flow of the petty cash fund.
• Other tasks that the management teamdeemsnecessary.
