• Client consultation : Assess client needs, financial standing, and loan eligibility.

• Loan product advisory : Recommend suitable loan options (personal, SME, mortgage, car loans) from banks and financial institutions.

• Application assistance : Guide clients through documentation, submission, and approval processes.

• Regulatory compliance : Ensure all advisory services comply with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines.

• Government schemes : Advise SMEs on Enterprise Financing Scheme (EFS), Temporary Bridging Loan Programme, and other support initiatives.
