Ready Mix Concrete Plant – YARD/LOADER OPERATOR

POSITION SUMMARY

The RMC Plant Yard/Loader Operator is primarily responsible for operating a front-end loader to maintain product in the plant for continuous production in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves performing daily maintenance and safety checks of the equipment, learning proper loader operation specific to an RMC plant, and executing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operation. The operator will also handle other heavy equipment and engage in various construction-related duties.
