Description
Robert Half is looking for an LMS Specialist to support a short-term engagement focused on learning management system cleanup, optimization, and administrative support within a corporate learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and experienced in maintaining and improving LMS data integrity and user experience.


Responsibilities:

+ Perform LMS system cleanup, including removing duplicate or outdated tags and improving overall tag structure for usability

+ Establish and maintain consistent naming conventions, metadata, and tagging to ensure optimal searchability and organization

+ Audit and update expired or outdated courses within the LMS

+ Collaborate with training administrators and cross-functional stakeholders to align on course updates and system improvements

+ Generate and analyze reports using Excel to support data cleanup and decision-making
