Responsibilities
- Communication Office; Daily/Weekly Service Monitoring.
- Data Management.
- Internal & External Quality Measurement (Service Tower).
- Performance Management.
- Process Compliance.
- Reporting on Performance and Processes (Compliance).
- Stakeholder Management/Engagement.
- Apply specialist knowledge to provide advice to employees, management or customers.
- Manage or maintain systems or processes.
- Complete projects to develop or change systems or processes as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Moderate level (3‑5 years) of related experience.
- Analytical, planning & organizing, influencing & persuasion, presentation, problem‑solving skills.
