Customer Support – Leamington Spa
Job Summary
Full‑time branch‑based opportunity, 35 hours per week (incl. Saturdays). Flexible hours; salary £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after six months.
Responsibilities
- Deliver face‑to‑face support to customers for everyday banking tasks.
- Assist customers through key moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable situations, and digital banking confidence.
- Adapt to different customer needs, promote and support digital services, and confidently guide customers to use online and mobile banking independently.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
- People person: honest, genuine, caring, with empathy and integrity.
