Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Support daily e-commerce and livestream operational activities.
- Manage product data entry, stock updates, and system records.
- Maintain and organise supplier product catalogues.
- Coordinate with suppliers on product listings and inventory matters.
- Assist in packing and preparing products for livestream sessions and customer orders.
- Support livestream setup and ensure product readiness during live sessions.
- Respond to customer enquiries and private messages on social/e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with order coordination and fulfilment processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth livestream execution.
- Support overseas livestream operations and on‑site event coordination when required.
- Perform general administrative and operational support duties assigned by the team.
