We are seeking a motivated professional with expertise in livelihood training, rural development, and skill development projects in India. The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and monitoring community-based livelihood initiatives, ensuring alignment with government schemes, industry needs, and local community aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement livelihood promotion, rural development, and skill development programs at the grassroots level.

Conduct needs assessments and baseline surveys to identify livelihood opportunities in rural communities.

Facilitate capacity building, vocational training, and entrepreneurship development programs for rural youth, women, and marginalized groups.

Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, training partners, and industry stakeholders to mobilize resources and create sustainable livelihood linkages.
