Client 1:
PEG‑fed, with district nurses currently managing morning and evening feeds.Care Professional will assist with flushing the PEG twice daily (training provided).Registered blind.May need occasional night-time assistance to reach the bathroom safely.Becoming increasingly mobile following a stroke.Manages most personal care independently.Client 2:
