The candidate should have a strong academic background along with exceptional research, analytical, speaking and writing skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, trial, settlement and so on), and developing and maintaining strong business

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of discovery, preparing witnesses for deposition, drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, managing filing and service of pleadings, etc. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines is essential. Just as important, the candidate should have strong organizational and matter management skills.
