A well‑established Edinburgh‑based law firm is seeking an experienced Civil/Commercial Solicitor to join its busy Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience to take on a varied and engaging caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment. The role offers a high level of autonomy, direct client contact, and exposure to a broad range of disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse civil and commercial litigation caseload independently.Advising clients on commercial disputes, including actions for payment, company restorations, and director or partnership disputes.Representing clients in Sheriff Courts and specialist tribunals, including the Housing and Property Chamber and Lands Tribunal.Providing advice on commercial property disputes such as lease terminations, dilapidations, and access issues.Assisting clients with executry‑related disputes, ...
