Description
The Litigation Paralegal provides advanced case support throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal. This role partners with attorneys on case strategy, client communication, and coordination with experts and co-counsel, while also assisting with workflow management and day-to-day case operations.


Responsibilities

+ Utilize litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, Everchron, CaseMap, Westlaw Case Notebook) to manage case materials

+ Organize, maintain, and index case files and related documentation

+ Handle docketing and monitor deadlines using internal calendaring systems

+ Support TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations) from intake through resolution and appeal

+ Prepare and file pleadings including notices, petitions, answers, motions, and related documents

+ Draft routine legal filings such as subpoenas, deposition notices, and discovery templates
