About the Role:

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with hands-on civil litigation experience to support an in-house legal team in Phoenix. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates who are currently available and open to transitioning into a permanent role.


What You’ll Do:

+ Manage discovery, including document review, organization, and production.

+ Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.

+ Prepare for trial: organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and maintain case files.

+ Collaborate with internal counsel and outside firms nationwide.

+ Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.

+ Support matters involving debt claims, collections, and/or garnishments.

+ Track cases using legal case management systems.
