Summary In this position, you will serve as a Litigation Operations Specialist in the Office of Immigration Litigation (OIL). OIL is responsible for nationwide coordination of all civil immigration litigation before federal circuit court of appeals and nearly all litigation in the district courts. OIL is comprised of more than 360 attorneys, litigation support, and administrative professionals. The office is led by a Director, three Deputy Directors, and one Associate Director. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities for a GS-0901-12 Litigation Operations Specialist generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Planning and managing office moves, sets up office space for new employees, ensuring assignment and issuance of computers, telephones, cell phones, and office furniture Assisting in the preparation of the Office's current year and future projected operating budgets, providing responses to questions and coordinating with the Office of Management Programs.
