Area of responsibilities:
Experience in dispute resolution, preferably in a law firm.
Assist in managing litigations and arbitrations, in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
Drafting and reviewing – petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavit of evidence, misc. applications, legal notices, settlement deeds etc.
Attend briefings with the external counsels and court hearings.
Conduct research on legal precedents, applicable laws, regulations, applicable procedure for domestic as well as foreign jurisdictions.
Follow up with the concerned project team for litigation MIS and keep the MIS updated.
Follow up and co-ordinate with external counsel and other legal service providers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure accurate, organized, and accessible records of all cases.
