Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys within the firm’s litigation practice in Roseland, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting Partners and attorneys within our Elder Law and Trusts & Estates practice, handling estate and probate litigation, guardianship proceedings, general equity matters, and related civil litigation.

This role is well suited for someone comfortable working across diverse types of matters, including sensitive situations involving families, fiduciary appointments, and court proceedings. You will help keep cases organized and move efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
