Our client is a small, boutique litigation firm in San Francisco seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to handle medical malpractice and premises liability matters. This is a hands-on role with exposure to all phases of litigation and the opportunity to take real ownership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice defense
• Draft, format, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files and maintain organized document systems
• Track deadlines, filings, depositions, and hearings
• Assist with discovery, including drafting responses and managing document production
